Clickie of Schedule of FREE Music & Movies in Portland Parks This Summer!

I'm particularly interested in the show at Washington Park on Th, 5 Aug 2010 @ 6pm entitled DRUMS FROM TWO CONTINENTS: An explosive evening of Japanese and Brazilian drumming and choreography featuring Portland Taiko and The Lions of Batucada.

Hmm, that looks like a fine first weekend of August 2010: great drumming on Th (8/5/10), FREE Shakespeare on Fri/Sun (8/6-8/10) (A Midsummer Night's Dream @ Reed Amphitheater), and SherryWorlds aka FW10 Decompression that Sat. *bounce*

Whoo-hoo! Particularly interested in Portland Taiko on 8/11/09 @ Washington Park Amphitheater.

2nd Sundays June - September @ Peter Strauss Ranch (SoCal), co-sponsored by Topanga/Banjo/Fiddle Contest.

Now to look once again into the PacNW FREE summer music scene.

Ah, here's one to start with: SummerStage in Duvall, WA every Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm from July 8th - August 5th, 2009. The schedule's incomplete at this point, but check the website now and again for more details if interested.
