Oct. 23rd, 2006 10:28 amOff to get eggs and other sundries so I can bake a cake for Legend's b-day, which happens to be TODAY. After browsing through cookbooks and deciding on the cake (Rosie's Choco Sour Cream cake - the same recipe I used for cupcakes sent to various folks at BRC recentlyish), then rampaging through all cupboards in the kitchen, I've realized I don't have good layer-cake pans. So I'm gonna use the layer-cake recipe in a Bundt pan. If'n this is a BAD idea and/or you have any tips for how to make this work better (lower/higher temp, less/more time, whatEVER), please do share. Thx!
