Good Slow Day

Birdies are chirping, along w/crickets. Enjoying the lovely green viewage w/golden brown hills. Breaking from reading, journaling, chatting, and relaxing now and again to help out w/stuff & things: replacing plastic flowers in the car's flower holder w/dried wildflowers, finishing up the last of the laundry, searching for and finding the olde laptop battery, reading instructions for returning same and dealing w/discharging it then (later) mailing it, rooting through records and getting ready to help deal w/appeals process for Kaiser nonsense, providing encouragement as needed. Later on: din-din w/g-friends w/whom I haven't spent much time of late (as in not for months and months and months). Gonna make more plans for the OR trip at the start of Nov and possibly end of Oct. Am contemplating What's Next. Feeling a good long post acomin'...mebbe later.

I'm glad things are going so well with you. It is always good to read your peaceful (or insanely active) smiles.

I think the only way I will get to see you soon will be to plan an adventure...any thoughts on the matter? I have a kite, there's a beach....I have recipes for fun autumnal preserves and such and a kitchen...

I like adventure! And I've got a kite, too. It's a Bee kite I got up in WA over the summer and I wanna fly it! Next qx = when... What'd work for you next week?
