Miracle Drugs

mlerulesOver a month ago, while visiting SoCal, I came down with a nasty cold and cut my trip short by two days. The coughing persisted, even as the rest of the cold went away. The phlegm shifted from my head to my chest. Finally realized a couple of days ago - confirmed by doc - that I had pneumonia. Walking (or at least driving ;-) pneumonia, yes, so not fully infirm, but way too tired for far too long...and continually coughing.
Now I'm on Rx antibiotics and have started feeling oh-so much better. Unfortunately, however, I took this morning's dose on an empty tummy. Now feeling less than ideal. Have munched down some plain bread, but fear it's too little too late. Gonna sit quietly for a while 'til the unpleasantness passes. At least I'm no longer coughing.
