Went to this tonight. Found some bits useful, others less so, and some a tad annoying. Gonna focus on what works for me and ignore the not-so-much parts. It's once again heavy thinkie-thoughtie time.

My passion got wet/smothered/drenched/doused a while back. I want to find/create the spark again, and then rekindle, stoke, and tend my internal fires.

Growth must continue.

I've been reading all Jim's funeral services magazines/literature from work... it makes me interested in going into things with him someday, when he buys his own business.

I don't want to work with the bodies so much (tho it doesn't gross me out or anything) as I would want to 'lend a hand'... I wouldn't mind the first call pickups or the shuttling around paperwork- those things happen kind of randomly when someone just CALLS... gotta get the narcolepsy treated first tho. Cause when someone calls you to pick up a body you kind of have to wake the fuck up and DO IT.

LOL...

But business issues facinate me right now... it's a TRICKY topic- they need more 'customers'... but pre-need sales aren't an inflow of money, the money doesn't go to them untill the person passes away... so to pay for all that service, they need to have actual services PAID for... how do you 'market' that without being a dick? *GRIN* Plus, how do you 'compete' with other places on it? WOW, talk about complicated!
