Got home from today's errands to a letter dated weeks ago letting me know my home owner's insurance policy had been canceled due to non-payment. Well, I PAID it a few weeks ago, when I got notice that it wasn't paid by Wells Fargo Mortgage, despite them collecting money from me each month to put into an escrow account to pay it. Then I got another letter saying it was due, so I called and confirmed that I'd paid it. Hopefully today's time on hold (yet again) only to learn that my policy had never been cancelled (or lapsed) - despite the letter saying it had - and, indeed, it's listed as Paid and Active. Fingers xd this is over and done with now!
