Well, I should've waited for the toothpick to come out FULLY CLEAN, likely another 1-3 minutes, which'd've make the total baking time 24-27 minutes. They're good, but not great. Next time they'll be better!

Now to check on the chicken stock simmering in the pot, shower, then start in on 7-veggie casserole for tonight's potluck.

I'm going to try to bake a pound cake recipe in small rose Bundt cake forms. The recipe calls for baking approx 50 minutes at 350. Any suggestions as to baking times for what're essentially a dozen fancy cupcakes rather than a loaf pan?

EDIT: Hmm, I might bake 'em in several batches, trying different times and seeing what works best.
