Back from the Hoh Rain Forest

mlerulesWhat a wonderful (nearly a) week away! There's a long post (or several) abrewing, but I'm running on very little sleep now and drove a lot today (and it's freaking HOT here this evening 'twas 91 when I got home although thankfully it's fallen to 77 already - what a shift from this morning's low 40s and fog along the coast!), so I'm gonna be brief now. delerium3 celebrate her 40th b-day properly out in Olympic Nat'l Park. We camped, hiked, beached (Ruby Beach and at our campsite on the Hoh river), kayaked the Hoh River, went horseback riding, entered the Twilight Zone (aka Forks, WA ;-), communed w/Nature, visited several Big Trees, got to enjoy the company of jormundgan Fri eve - this morn, ate, drank, and were merry...
