Musing on Love

Is love something one always FALLS into? Or can it develop more slowly over time, like a Polaroid photo? Is it something one necessarily knows 'bout when it first hits? Or can it be like a slow burn...embers that ventually catch alight? Can it start off merely smoldering before finally blazing brightly?
