Made spaghetti sauce (prep for lasagna we'll make whilst camping), garlic butter (ditto for garlic bread), hummingbird nectar (then got strafed by one of the lovely bright redheaded ones as I refilled the feeder), and lemon sauce (for the gingerbread we'll bake camping), mixed dry ingredients for gingerbread (ditto sinamuffins last night), mixed wet ingredients separately for g-bread & sin-fins, mixed spices for lasagna, and baked choco chip cookies for potluck tonight. The house smells simply divine.

Now: shower, dress, eat lunch, take a stab at packing the car and/or pack my clothes, then scoot out for several hours.
