My pepper mill is all stainless steel and solid enough to beat a cheap cut of meat to tenderness and then season it after. I love it! I suggest one like it. And the pic is great! More, more!
It's made by William Bounds LTD. and is 8" tall with a brushed metal finish. The body is smooth tapered and you crank the top part and it has a Med. Coarse and Fine setting. It looks like this one:

but with a smooth tapered body with no detailing. By the looks of it they don't offer this exact one anymore and the one in the link is the closest I could find.
We got it free from the Bon Marche when we bought a bunch of All-Clad pots and pans as a premium. We sent in a coupon for it and were surprised that it was so nice for a freebie.
Hee - I like the moustache as well. It looks particularly dashing as it's trying to fall off my face...
Elevenses today was leftover pork-pineapple fried rice - major YUM - thanks SO much for everything. :-) lightfoote took one bite, noted the spiciness and said "yeah, Vorpal-C made this - YUM!"
Glad to hear the leftovers are being enjoyed and you're most welcome for everything; thank you for everything. *hugs* Sadly I think I may be desensitized to the spicy and need to increase my mindfulness that not everyone likes their mouth set on fire. Must make a note of this. *grin* My weekend is going marvelously, extending from a wonderful week - thank you again - and I hope the same is so for y'all. We even got a little snow here this morning. :o)
Oh, the spiciness is generally appreciated Very Much and 'twas delightful and perfect in the fried rice goodness. My only issue ever w/your spicing has been the soup this past visit, otherwise I quite like the mouth-hotness.
Yes, my un-vacation has extended beyond the delights w/you. ;-) Some snow sprinkled here as well last night and today, but it's all melted now.
Oh, and today's lunch was quiche, appreciated very much b'c we didn't have to stop all the chores to cook but still got to enjoy much numbliness...so thank YOU again!
