Oh, I have much thoughts and opinions of this subject. Yes, prosecution and paid retribution for all crimes against the environment and humanity.

First Yeah!! I'm still tingling about this morning. Secondly, I think all the prisoners that were tortured should be set free and we should foot the bill for their safe return to their home country. Whatever they may have done, they have paid too much for it. Over and over again, it's been shown that a victim of torture will say or do anything their captor's want to hear in order to avoid suffering. Thirdly every single man and woman that knowingly allowed torture or supported torture in any way should be jailed (and that includes President Bush).
