Date: 2008-11-04 10:07 pm (UTC)I think the metaphor of a dam breaking and accumulated frustration ripping through a country and recarving it actually seems prety cool.
And I rather hope it happens that way. The fact that turnout numbers are SO high makes it seem that way. People actually are polarized, people are finding that this time, they DO give a damn.
