To Phoenix

Have decided to use "phoenix" as a verb. Not sure but think it's likely that one must first be reduced to ash before one can phoenix. Do not wanna use the phrase "born again," as too many rabid X-tians have ruined it for me. Thinking more along the lines of "rebirthed," of coming again into the light and into the world. Wanna do this myself. Not there yet.

Mind now meandering through the combo of Six Million Dollar Man (and/or Bionic Woman) and phoenixing. We can rebuild her so she's better, stronger, faster. Hell, I wanna be WISER. And with my new erector set I can do it myself!

Other imagery floating through the gray cells: I'm ripening.

My moods are as changeable as the weather: 'twas threatening rain out at b-fast this morn, then began misting before pouring for a bit, tapering off to misting once again, and now it's brightening up w/out any moisture coming down or spiraling around and I even see bits of blue peeking through the fluffy white and gray clouds. Love hearing the splash of tires through water when cars buzz by. Love the clearing up post-rain.

Want and need some music. Must decide where to go, choose what to listen to, opt for up or down or shifting all around. Buzz buzz buzz. At b-fast, Elise & I combined and split her Spanish Latte and my hot choco: wheeee.

Phoenixing. Yes. I have oft expressed the desire to do such a thing emotionally, intentionally burning out the undesirable parts, picking up the fire-proof core, and starting over.

I have been refused help in this endeavor for fear that that I should crispify myself beyond repair.

best explanation of phoenix energy i know

Ah, fire as a topical cleansing agent. Does seem dangerous to try to apply it judiciously to only certain spots...seems to work far better as a whole shebang venture: poof, char, gone, blow off dust&ash and wait for the reemergence of the new whole. Trouble is that, to mix metaphors, the strands of oneself are so closely intertwined that the good may end up getting charred along w/the not-so-hot.

Thx for thoughts. Helps me clarify mine own. Ghee-time.
