Mmmm, drying orange zest for an hour in a low (200) oven makes the place smell delightful. Now to add it along w/5 whole cloves + a cinnamon stick to some vodka and wait a week (shaking every few days). Mmmmmm.
ooooh, yeah...a light rum would likely work delightfully well...lemme know how it turns out. This recipe calls for leaving it in a jar in dark cook place for a week, shaking gently every few days. It'll be ready just in time for 2/14/07, when it'll come with up to Big Bear.
