Yeah, I've seen this, and I'm pretty sceptical. We don't need humans in space right now, we need robotic infrastructure. Politicians don't understand how much better robots are in space, they still think it takes a guy in a spacesuit to do real work.
I'm all for humans on the moon, but not until the robots have built the base, explored the surface, predicted the weather, and made hot coffee for us when we land. The politicians have it exactly backwards.
