ebony_sphynx came over to join me and delerium3 on a delightful beachwalk. There was much giggling, good food, playing, photos, wet sand, fun, and even a ferris wheel ride. And then came a return to the trad'l (albeit fairly last minute) din-din (chili over brown rice pasta) w/good people and food and music (Irish jam session at Finn McCool's) and wine and times. In addition to the aforementioned, the usual Tuesday denizen hiddentass joined us as well as LJ-less (for now, we're working on changing this) and formerly trad'l E (of E3 fame), plus LJ-less D. Sorry work and traffic made you miss out this time, deviantgrrrl. Oh, and thx eain for homemade marshmallows which we toothpicked and roasted over an open candle flame for dessert. (Offers to help improve 'em next time have been made.)

Hasn't quite sunk in that I'm leaving o'morrow morning to drive up to the Bay Area, only to turn around and drive back on Sat in time to toss together something horrific to wear, partying as long as I can stand it, then crashing HARD. Guess mebbe I should pack something soon...
