Infotainment Vultures. Helicopters circling overhead spell Trouble (w/a capital T that rhymes w/P which...). Yesterday I spotted 'em down over the water 'tween the Sta Monica pier and Venice - 'twas that small plane that went down killing 2 (at least) folks yesterday morning that they finally hauled up to check it out in the afternoon. Today saw a lone one hovering a bit ahead of my drive on the fwy - bad @ss accident w/one vehicle "overturned" or so claimed all the news reports although 'twas just on its side (bad enough but methinks inaccurate). Out in the desert vultures signal bad news, here in the Big Muddy, we rely upon the metal whirly-bird equivalent.
