Jul. 17th, 2011 10:00 pmFinally getting around to updating the photo-documentation linkage from some of my recent adventures:
Lake Ozette Canoe Campout (July 6-11, 2011) with we3 (
lightfoote,
wildwoosi, & I) plus
delerium3 - seriously sweet good times w/great weather. (Sorry, I traded in the forecast weather then for some good weather from this past weekend - my bad, but 'twas so worth it ;-)
Aerial Tram Ride (July 13, 2011). On the positive side of cancer, while shuttling
jaylake around for various pre-op hospital appts last week, I took advantage of the opportunity to snag a ride on the tram 'tween OHSU's waterfront clinic and hospital up the hill. Really cool! (And I hope not to have too many more such oppos to find this particular silver lining b'c the dark cloud's way sucky.)
ATC #6 (July 15, 2011).
delerium3 & I have completely nearly 30% of our goal of hiking all 80+ miles of trails in Forest Park to raise money for the FP Conservancy. Only another 55 or so miles to go in the next few months! (GULP!) Next hike: tomorrow (Mon, 18 July 2011). After that: Fri, 22 July 2011. Neither sleet nor snow nor pouring rain shall keep us from our appointed trails...or something. ;-P
4th o' July Wandering My Neighborhood. I spent a very nice quiet evening on my own celebrating my own independence by roaming my portion of SE Portland.
