Realization
Feb. 28th, 2011 06:07 pmIf'n I'm a stress-monkey 'bout something, I'll assume the worst 'bout stuff utterly unrelated to the stress-factor. Once the stress has passed (such as when I've accomplished whatever 'twas), my outlook and view change completely and I no longer assume the worst but instead revert to my more typical cheery up positive attitude 'bout stuff 'n' things. Interesting, this. Not quite sure how to deal w/it, because avoiding all stress just ain't possible. Luckily I ain't stressed one whit now.
