SO happy I stumbled upon the listing for Josh Korbluth's Ben Franklin: Unplugged at the Rubicon Theatre up in Ventura and made the trip today, as 'twas quite worthwhile: amusing, educational, damn fine monologuing (sp) followed by good Indian chow and wandering Main Street as the twilight dwindled and preceded by a lovely afternoon drive up PCH. For a small(ish) town, Ventura's managed to amass a fine selection of head shops and fancy high quality lingerie along w/numerous thrift and antique stores, bookstores, and restaurants.

And the upcoming weekplus looks fab! Life's sweet.
