Morning, Properly

mlerulesAwake again, this time under my own steam. 'Nuff analyzing, thinking, wondering, worrying. Time to ACT, to do, to prepare and carry out. All part of the process. But I'm in a new stage now, the next stage, 'bout to be ON STAGE. Yow! Wheee - somewhat subdued, but there, or rather, HERE, within. The alternatively raining and pouring buckets is still marvie, but could wreak havoc on traffic today. Off to Inglewood for my drive-by then to CSUN for class. The valley floods whenever it rains. Joy. (The one woman I know named Joy seems to have made it her life's work to prove her moniker WRONG. She's one of these people who makes me think of my fave fridge sticker: Just Say No To Negativity. Luckily I don't have to interact w/her hardly at all this semester.)
'Kay, now I'm just wasting time, putting off the inevitable, rather doing what's next... I'm off! Oh, but now we're playing a brand new game. Havana's on my lap, chasing my fingers around the keyboard, whilst Fargo's on the computer hutch, chasing the cursor and newly forming words on the screen. How could I possibly stop this merriment and frivolity? Oh, just like that. Havana's jumped away to investigate whatever's filled her tiny little cat mind next while Fargo's hunkering down for a nap. It can't be comfie resting on a calculator, cell phone, scarab-shaped eraser, misc CD-Rs, and the like...but he doesn't seem to mind. He tends to stay w/in 3' of me, 'specially if'n I've been gone for a few daze or so. 'Cept now I've been around a whole lot of late. Not all the time, not all nights, but far more than sometimes.
I'm looking forward to having something to focus on (school, school work, portfolio) for the next few months. I can multitask pretty well but feel like I haven't really exercised some of my talents, skills, abilities of late. Best get 'em in shape real fast 'cause I'm gonna need 'em!
