Culinary Adventure
Jan. 30th, 2017 11:53 pmaka what's in the fridge = what's for dinner. An LJ friend has begun cooking something new every week for 2017. She inspired me to skip the usual stir-fry I'd planned. Instead, I sauteed an onion and some sliced zukes in olive oil and butter, added chopped tomatoes, seasoned with salt & pepper & basil, tossed in the leftover box of mini-penne, then added in the chicken breasts I'd cut up after baking. 'Twas yummy - and ended up as both last night's dinner and today's lunch.
