Happy B-dayness!

Happy B-day stacymckenna! And many happy returns - 'specially of the small suckling sweet-head smelling sort soon. Off for Santa Barbie today so will miss out on celebrations w/you today. Figure out some bulbs that can be planted soon(ish) and I'll b-day gift you bulbs & labour to gets 'em into the ground.

It's January - just about anything should be in season as far as bulbs. I have a plethora of narcissus, and bearded iris (I have much purple, yellow, and cardinal/gold). I enjoy freesia, hyacinth, and daffodils, or even amarylis. Tulips typically fare poorly locally. The only bulbs I'm not particularly fond of are gladiolas.
