Methinks Ian Hunter's the only artist to be covered both by a schmaltz-pop star (Barry Manilow - Ships) and a long-hair metal band (Great White - Once Bitten, Twice Shy).

I've been around folks plagued by the Plague for over a month now and have managed to steer clear of it. Woke up this morning unable to speak, barely able to swallow, w/a massive headache and a painfully sore throat coated w/a nasty yellowish green (or is it greenish yellow?) gunk. I Airborned and will continue to do so every 3 hours. Am now gonna do the hot tea w/honey & lemon thing and try to swallow some ibuprofin (sp). Will pop vit Cs like candy. Plan on sleeping for much of the day. Have eight (8) hours to recover before my eve's shot. I plan to recover, not to succumb. I have plans and the Plague does NOT fit into 'em - and I don't want 'em messed about with! (Hoping body's listening.)

Regardless: Had a most wonderous evening yesterday!

I hope you feel better! I've managed to not get deathly sick (knock on wood) but I've gotten little bouts of the plague...somehow managed to fight it off. When I started to feel icky, I started some antibiotics just incase! Then I got sick...how does that work?! LOL
Drug yourself up today, nyquil and dayquil and rest, and feel better! Don't over do it!

Yup, I plan to take it massively easy all day so I can go out tonight. Otherwise I'm gonna POUT. Unfinished business awaits...

Something nasty is going around. I woke up with a sore troat also, can't tell about the congestion as that is simply life.
