Good Day All Around

Had trouble getting to sleep last night (again), but finally managed to steal a few hours from the damn sleep faerie who's got something - dunno what - against me apparently. Woke up early, refreshed & energetic. Made the bed, put away the dishes, washed up the few remaining in the sink, baked two (2) batches of butterscotch brownies (by request) and one (1) batch of Marshmallow Rice Krispies Treats (just in case), dissolved and dealt with several piles of carp that'd been building up and now have empty clean neat tidy patches showing, more dried flowers around, phew! Off now to visit folks then have dinner w/the 'rents who're in town for a meeting o'morrow. Another damg fine day: it's lovely outside and lovely inside!
