Worn Out

It's been hot. I've been moving things and driving places and helping out and talking to people and hanging out 'n' chowing down w/folks at Laughing Planet and enjoying an unexpected, quirky film w/dangwhassyrLJhandle?(Moonrise Kingdom) andandand

I'm now done. Fans're blowing and it's cooling off some. I've got some fun plans for o'morrow evening and'll likely get some mundane necessaries done during the day.

Still processing feelings 'n' thoughts re: jaylake's newest news aka the return of his cancer. Feeling worn right now.

A cool shower and some sleep will help matters, as will taking o'morrow easier.

Its good to see you finding that new to MLE balance... its been a long time coming. How I wish we did live closer or at least didn't have an additional 45 minutes sitting in traffic sludge (the JBLM stretch of I5) between us. Once my lovely bkf114 gets my little pride racer working a bit smoother I would love to race down and just have tea or something. Missing you muchly. *hugs*

... and my heart is with you and your friend, my daddy is rowing in a much similar boat right now and while I have processed a good deal of my feelings I am still working on the tougher ones.

Life seems to present with the bitter and the sweet, doesn't it? I am so sorry about JL's cancer. I know you are incredibly close to him. I love to see that you are settled in your feelings, though, and not spending too much time over-analyzing the situations you find yourself in. Thinky-thoughts are good, but sometimes just sitting with the feelings is better.

Hope to see you again soon, my friend, so there can be an in person hug.
