I just put that on hold at the library - it looks fascinating and an excellent antidote to much of what I dislike about standard conservation. Some combination of geoengineering and active management of ecologies seems inevitable, and if we're going to be in control anyway, the idea of active choice rather than attempting to adhere to some fixed model of what is "natural" seems both foolish and ultimately doomed.
