Confirmed today that I remain susceptible to the laws of gravity. Ouch. Frozen peas and ibuprofen help. As does a hefty dose of Quirky in the form of "Simple Irresistible." Many thanks to B (cannot remember how to tag here) for the turn-on lo these several years ago.

I've managed to thrash my back so cannot go this evening. :-( Anybody interested in buying a couple tix at cost? It should be a good show and I'm bummed not to be able to make it myself. I'm leaving on a weeklong Toad Rip this Wed AM so need to take it as easy as possible 'tween now and then. Luckily this won't involve more than 3 hours/day driving (shared w/my travel partner), as the 14 hour solo-drive from SJ-PDX last Thursday paired w/the rotary mowing of the way too long back lawn on Friday likely precipitated this bout of serious ouchiness.
