Pleased w/Decision

I've been running too hard, going too far, doing too much recently. Pleased to settle back down a bit. Coulda gone to Marin Faire last w'end then headed off camping w/friends in the Sequoias this week (Mountain Home's a lovely place to camp), but instead have gotten a sh!tload of stuff done. A mess of it today! Getting going doing something, even if'n it's pulling weeds, gets me GOING which is just exactly what I need. I need to be wound up and let loose, like a top.
