Emotional Working Memory
May. 31st, 2011 10:17 amSometimes you get stuck in rut w/badness/angst and cannot recall the good times (even if'n not very long ago) or conjure up upcoming good times. At these times, your emotional working memory needs a jog. Music may work. Or good smells. Getting out and ridding yr mind of cobwebs may well, too.
