Greenwich Meme-Time, Once Again

1--Kittenhead Havana
2--Cow Jumping Over The Moon mug which I always use for tea her at the Hive ('twas a gift from a Dear Friend's toad rip to WI and back to see Where Fambily Was From)

4--The stereo & a mess of CDs

2. How do you style your hair?
Style my hair? It is to laugh. I wash it every couple of days, comb it out when wet so it doesn't tangle like mad, then brush it when it gets dry. I'll pony-tail it if'n it gets too hot or windy.
3. What are you wearing now?
faded black Carhartts, black t-shirt w/rainbow MickeyMouseHead (gift of Dear Friend from Folsom Street Fair), warm socks, bra & undies
4. What's your occupation?
Enjoying & appreciating life. (I keep myself plenty occupied, but don't really have an easy way of describing it in just a few words.)
5. What do you hear right now?
Heater going on and Havana purring.
6. What's your favourite guilty pleasure treat?
I object strenuously to the concept of "guilty pleasure treat," yet will answer w/the obvious (to me) choice: Pop Tarts. (Mmmm, PopTarts... ;-)
7. What is/was for dinner?
Last bit of leftover veggie chili w/some grated cheddar cheese and a small dollop of sour cream, with water to drink.
8. What did you do today?
Did on-line stuff, drove toferociousbcycad office to pick up two benches after art/gallery/biz-opening over weekend, sent out msgs re: transfer of same to their home, drove to Stark's Vacuum store to discover/confirm that my v-cleaner is odd so I'm gonna have to figure out what to do next, drove to Hankin's Hardware for good mop, drove downtown and enjoyed really good FREE live music - arrived just as they started a cover of Steve Earle's Galways Girls, which I LURV, drove home to Hive, had lunch, napped heavily, took care of some biz/bills/things & stuff at the Hive, returned benches to rightful owner/location, drove to a Dear Friend's house to confirm that extra key works & checked place out to make sure all's well & ran water &c., had phone conversation w/said Dear Friend 'bout house and schedules and this-that-and-t'other, did on-line stuff, had dinner, considered options, juggled ducks, began this meme...
9. Dog person or cat person?
Both, but my life barely allows me to reside w/kittenhead Havana - and this only b'c many friends help out when I'm gone (as happens lots, although less now than previously).
10. If you had to change your name, what would you change it to?
Helen Morgan.
11. What was the last thing that you bought?
Mop & replacement sponges & 2 wingnuts to hold 'em on more firmly.
12. Where do you see yourself in five years?
Living in Portland w/in an hour oflightfoote & wildwoosi.
13. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
New Zealand, Australia, Alexandria (Egypt), Spain, Italy, bottom of the ocean, top of high mountains, Mars, middle of Milky Way, beaches, forests, deserts, so much more it's too hard/silly to list 'em...EVERYWHERE!

Don't have a single favorite.
15. What are you doing this weekend?
Heh. Ask me again and I'll tell you...
16. If you could play any musical instrument, which one would you play?
Voice - I'd love to be able to sing well.

Having loves living closer, having closer loves, continued wandering & wondering, continued increasing capacity for and experience of joy & appreciation, my upcoming hot bubbly bath w/good book...
