I've asked a few folks and've gotten some good ideas, but'm now appealing to an even wider audience in case anybody else has tips to impart and/or secrets to reveal. First time roast beast 'n' Yorkshire pudding x-mas dinner attempt coming up. Anything in particular to do or avoid doing? Thanks!

It's another bright lovely day out w/clouds that could at any moment scurry across the sky and turn it into a gray wet day. 'Til then though, I'm enjoying the light...

Feeling zippier and zoomier than I have in a while...wheeee!

I've never made Yorkshire pudding but the recipe looks pretty straightforward. Good luck!

I very strongly recommend Alton Brown's recipe for this.

Also, what ever you do, don't forget the salt.
