Pirate Fashion Q: Black & white's fairly trad'l, but how okay is it to add red to the mix? I've got the stripey black & white pants and the option of either a white poofy shirt or a red poofy shirt. I've always gone w/the former before but the latter's feeling more appealing right now for some reason. I can also add either stripey socks in my choice of white & black or black & red or possibly red & white (but these tend to fall down and annoy me). Yes. My issue of the day consists of pirate fashion garb confusion. May I have more days w/this as the most serious "issue." Still, any thoughts/hints/suggestions would be appreciated. I wouldn't want the pirate police to come after me...and suffer kicked shins (or worse).

Yes, as a general rule I do my best to avoid k'hauling - nasty @ss sh!t that. But my meaning was unclear (grammatical mistype/misread): I wouldn't want the pirate police to come after me and suffer bruished shins as a result of my kicking THEM. (I don't do well being told what not to do so try to avoid such sitchs when possible.)
