Camping - Finally!

Well, Summer has finally arrived - Monday's all-day and night rain fest notwithstanding - so it's high time IMHO to go camping. First off, I head out next Tu - Sun (7/20-25/10) w/delerium3 to the Hoh Rain Forest. The following weekend will find me at my 5th FaerieWorlds Fest down near Eugene, OR w/ebony_sphynx (and perhaps another SoCal visitor). Two weekends later, we3 (lightfoote, wildwoosi & I) will head up to camp on/near/at Mt Baker for the Perseids meteor shower. Then in early September (shortly after Labor Day weekend), lightfoote & I take off for 1.5 weeks of Toad Ripping, camping, and hiking up in the Canadian Rockies (w/a short b-day interlude at Chateau Lake Louise). Zoom!

I'm soon to be a Happy Camper once again. :-)

When I lived in Seattle I went with friends on an ill-fated trip to the Canadian Rockies. However, one of the many things that was not a disaster was going to hot springs in the national park in Banff. I think it was Banff Upper Hot Springs* It looks like there are several other park related springs**, and I know that there are also "wild" hot springs, but don;t have information on those
