We3 Universary Weekend

mlerulesWay back when (months ago), I hatched a plan for an Universary Date for we3 (me 'n' ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
lightfoote (ALF) & wildwoosi (WW)). The original idea ended up being supplemented quite nicely by a bunch of other events which fit the calendar well and it evolved into a marvelous we3 weekend in Portland.
Highlights:
Th: good drive Southward w/Toad Rip compilations by me and ALF, numbly seafood dinner at Dan & Louis Oyster Bar, and darned fun music 'n' entertainment at Dante's courtesy of the March Fourth Marching Band.
Fri: much gardening goodness in the Hive's front yard b'c my partners ROCK, deliciously good Peruvian food at andina - a Yule gift to we3 from my 'rents, and a heck of a lotta fun at Cirque du Soleil's newest show, Kooza - and we did all this via public transportation!
Sat: walking over for a good long late brunch at Sapphire Hotel, walkies along Hawthorne Blvd, great music & dancing at Clinton Corner Cafe w/the Pagan Jug Band.
Sun: ecstatic dance (where we saw and danced with various good people), more fun Toad Ripping - w/WW's compilation getting us into a happy mellow mood, dinner and a visit w/Orphansvismaya_viewer and stinkys_nunzio at the Mandolin Cafe (we3 each got tie-dye gifts of greatness from 'em!), and finally watching WW once again make people laugh & think & give her O's (this time at the CSPC) before going going final bit along to Home North/CopperMoon.
What a FAB weekend!
Now I'm shifting topsoil to the newest garden areas. Gonna get back to it now after this break. I felt wiped out after just a couple hours of work, then felt better when I noticed the thermometer reading 82 degrees...
