Safe in SoCal

After an uneventful journey, I arrived in SoCal and immediately began to revel in the warmth (69-ish) and sunshine. On the way back to her casa, AJ & I stopped off to see Sherlock Holmes, which we both enjoyed thoroughly.

O'morrow's agenda: Avatar 3D IMAX followed by dealing w/the x-mas decorations that've all been taken down (culling & organizing) and/or organizing the linen cupboard.

Let me know what you think of Avatar; I've been holding off viewing after reading a less than impressive review.

Avatar's an amazing visceral experience, worth it ('specially in 3D at IMAX) assuming you can turn off your brain and ignore plot holes and underlying social context issues (which I can do under certain circs, such as taking AJ out for a good time).
