Bare Essentials

Every now and again I find myself wondering about and perhaps even considering reducing my worldly possession by a huge amount, thus gaining a freedom and flexibility I don't have while encumbered by STUFF 'n' THINGS. Today's trigger for these thoughts were some of what I'm reading and studying today for class. Many thoughts swirling along, but I'm gonna get back to the books rather than spill out more words on this now.

Every time I get those thoughts I start going through things to get rid of ... for some reason the more of those things I touch the more memories come back and the harder it is to get rid of them. I have to remember to throw crap out in baby steps.
