Stupid MeatBag. Lost a filling Monday night. Did something funky to my knee Tuesday. Taking it easy now. Have a DDS appt on Monday for the tooth. Am icing the knee and resting it lots. Hated to do it, but have opted to skip class tonight to take it easy and hopefully speed up the healing process. Feeling a whole lot better now actually since I've made that decision and left a msg for the prof advising him of my absence and requesting to re-take tonight's quiz sometime next Wed or before class on Th. Now to snuggle in w/the kittenheads and drink more hot tea and wait and ice

History of Oregon. Figure after 2.5 years living up here I should get to know more than what I've picked up from stopping at roadside historical markers and the odd museum exhibit. Just finished a GREAT book: The Way West (by A Guthrie). It's historical fiction 'bout the Oregon Trail. It won the Pulitzer Price for fiction in 1950 and it's great!

Thx. It's feeling far better today after much icing and rest yesterday. Am at CuMoon now after flying up and running a mess of errands w/ALF this afternoon, including getting fresh-pressed apple cider from a local place: YUM!
