Another Fun E&E Adventure

delerium3 called and asked what my plans were for today. My reply: "trying not to melt." She suggested a Field Trip to Canon Beach...and off we went (my 1st time there).
Turned out incredibly well. She got to do a mess of work on some biology projects for school, I got to reach on the beach, and we both got to enjoy a delightfully cool day at the ocean w/swings & the slide at a playground, lots of walkies, and finally a beach picnic at sunset. Could go on and on, but since 1 picture's worth 1000 words, I'll let the pics speak volumes instead:

Oh, anddelerium3 - the timing was PERFECT...I even had to wait 10 minutes for LJ-less L to get her luggage. Thanks SO much for the suggestion and for driving - what a perfect day!
