I paid off my loans some time ago, one month at a time until it was gone.
It took forever!

This will be a good thing for Jim especially, as he's choosing to incurr significant Student Loans, in order to go into a job field where he may not make a whole lot of money- and even if he did, it wouldn't be for a LONG time! He'd also LOVE to do public work, even if it didn't lessen the loan- so it would be a SWEET bonus if it did lessen the debt in the end!

As for the Transgender ruling... geeeeeze, yeah. That was a tough one- it seemed so... DUH. You can't discriminate that way! But the world is still chewing on that. :/
