Come One, Come All, but please note that the annual tossing of the old/unneeded/no-longer-serving-you stuff into the fire to make room for the new has shifted from Sat, 10/17/09 to Sat, 10/10/09 at CopperMoon, likely from mid-day to dusk, w/potluck feast before/after ritual. And drumming. Definitely drumming.

Is this, as it's name implies, a woooooman-only kind of event, or is it an everyone comes to join in kind of event?

Hee, goodness no! Actually, what the name really implies is that 'twas first conceived of as a CopperMoon event by the incomparable [livejournal.com profile] wildwoosias the perfect occasion to burn her marriage/divorce paperwork, signifying the end of that era (w/her ex-hubby) and her own Woo(si)-mancipation and openness to positive-relationship energies. This was several years ago. It seems to have evolved into a positive ritual for many folks, whereby they choose to toss out/release and burn up the old and thereby make way for the new.

Hmmmmmmmm...

I've let go of so much this year, this would totally be a helpful ritual to be a part of. How open is this? Could it use a me and possibly a [livejournal.com profile] dritikol?

So I think I need to move to the Seattle area. You guys seem to have all the fun.

The PacNW IS indeed a very fun place, although I prefer Portland over Seattle - it's all local.
