lightfoote and I got in another game of racquetball last Thursday afternoon before carpooling down to the Hive for dinner at Apizza Scholls. After a delightful night & morning, we managed to leave for hiking Angel's Rest up the Columbia River Gorge at the Crack o' Noon ;-) 'Twas simply glorious! Clickie HERE for too many pics.

Saturday dawned w/more napping and then hopping on the bus to head out to forage for brunch and dinner fixin's at the Portland Farmer's Market. Much good food and music and fun. On the way back we stopped off at PAM to check out the great Virtual Worlds: MC Escher & Paradox exhibit, which I highly recommend.

Today we brunched at Sapphire Hotel (numbly as always) and worked together to hang a new piece of art, make tomato cages from CuM alder branches, and run various errands before cruising downtown so

lightfoote could Amtrak Northward towards CopperMoon. Our route took us near PDX's Pride Parade & related happenings so we enjoyed some interesting people-watching along the way.

The next few days'll feature sleeping, living life, catching up w/things and stuff, then carpooling Northward w/

ferociousbcycad on Wednesday for another long w'end. The 'rents arrive at the Hive this next w'end...and then the summer starts getting bizzy. Buzzzoom!
