Several hours ago I woke up w/that special feeling of uh-oh: whiffs of nausea, first just hints here and there but not too bad yet. It built up to incredibly strong nausea w/sweats (and it's NOT hot here!), dizziness, stomach churning, misery. One of those time where it's unclear whether to perch on or kneel before the porcelain throne. Well, without going into too much detail, suffice it to say I spent a chunk of time feeling miserable just laying on the bathroom floor b'c it was nice and cool and not too far away from where I needed to be (and w/the vertigo so bad it's not like I could get that far away from there anyway).

Feeling a bit better now after a bit more sleep. Last night's pizza wasn't very good. Perhaps 'twas even BAD. Dunno whether 'twas me or it...certainly a combo. Now just feeling weak and crappy and bleh. It's grey outside and in. Bad headache hurts. Gonna take it pretty easy today. Have drunk water and taken ibuprofen. Will keep hydrating throughout the day.
