Oh, how to choose from amongst the many anti-joy moments today...okay, it's just gotta be the automated phone systems that hears anything I say (such as a string of #s (in respone to "say your account number, please") to "billing" (which department do you wish to speak with) to "repeat" as in what were my option again?) as "Goodbye" and then hangs up on you!

I've read that in some systems that profanity is recognized and cuts through to a live operator. A loud "FUCK!" may get you promoted.
