I've been living up here in the PacNW for nearly two (2) years now (3/21/09'll be my 2nd anniverary). My standards of "typical/average/normal/usual" are still being set. delerium3 (also a PacNW newbie) and I hypothesized yesterday that the phrase "Hundred Year Flood" means that for the next/on-going century it'll flood annually.
