My thoughts today're more like frozen margarita ice cubes...tasty but slowly melting away into the bigger drink that's life. They're shaken, not stirred. I feel as if I'm back, as if I'd been gone just a bit too long and/or a bit too much...not all here. Roaming far, fast, and wide. Want to slow down a tad. Relax. Mellow out. Take It Easy from planning and doing and Just Be for a while.

Wonderful mini-epiphany(tm) earlier today: I am under no obligation to anyone - and vice versa. Damn this feels good. How did I choose to spend the day: tossing dead 'n' decaying squash decorations into the city compost bin, laundering my recent life [Note - I choose not to launder my soul often, preferring to let it patina)], updating my PaperPalm (in that last 10% of the project), petting kittenheads, polishing off tea selections, pouring & downing more cups o' tea, getting on with this and that, getting on w/life.

I'm slowing down. Moving in fits and spurts. Down time now. Me time. Savoring moments. Visiting w/myself.

Desiring slightly less pageantry.
