Mulling many thoughts which're floating like ripe rich chunks of fruit in the sangria of my mind...r-ship 'tween pleasure & happiness...consensual realities...privacy & need to know...the legal concept of intent...bending, bashing, fire-hardened...possibilities...truth/lies...facts/opinions...judgments...intuition/analysis...gut feelings...the wonders and joys of music...connections...communities...thinking/acting positively about stuff...ignoring vs. laughing at/feeling superior...attitudes matter...motives matter...*wondering whether WWIII's nearly upon us*...

the legal concept of intent?
We were just debating that last night in the context of that story where the japanese woman deleted her online husband's avatar and then went to real jail for it.
I am thinking about many of the same things. Even zero tolerance policy vs thoughtfulness.

I wish I had paid attnetion to how many times my gut feeling was wrong. I would like to say that my gut feeling is never wrong - but I know I only pay attention when it is right.

I'm finding it worth it to track my gut feelings to suss out what the heck they're trying to tell me and how I can best read 'em...and then do what I can to avoid bad situations.
