Luckily I haven't encountered it yet. Yeah, it's one of the potential hazards of houses in the hills.

Off beaching in a bit w/hiddentass and delerium3, then dining at the Original Bob's Big Boy in Burbank at 6pm (if'n you wanna come 'long, call me on my cell by 5:45pm so we know how many tables to grab) w/added company of ebony_sphynx (who'll also join us for the Troubadour Theater Co's 8pm presentation of "As U2 Like It" across the street at the Falcon Theater) and, I believe, evilgerbil. Afterwards, it's out 'til late at BarSin.
