THAT worked out well. I made it to PDX just in time to pick up LJ-less L and her luggage and take her home. Good long w'end w/good people. Much busy-ness upcoming. Next up though: sleep.

Yup - we do agree on several important things, such as this. :-) In fact, right now I'm sitting here w/a kitty on my lap, sipping tea, and pausing 'tween bursts of activity.

Oh, I do hope that such moments're not always (or even frequently) the calm before the sh!tstorm...and shan't even think too much on this for fear of manifesting it. Eeeep!
